The Problem

Coffee Planet approached Amplify to update and create their new e-commerce website.

The Solution

Amplify undertook Discovery and Define workshops to understand the brand in depth. We then created a definition document that details the strategy, tone of voice, wireframes and deliverables for the website. Working closely with the CoffeePlanet team on the design and functionality of the website, Amplify offered advice on best practice form their team of UX/UI designers and web developers to ensure a sleek, professional website was produced, whilst still reflecting the Coffee Planet brand.

The Results

Coffee Planets switch to the new website was seamless and saw sales continue to roll in, with additional functionality pinned in the website roadmap.

The Problem

Amplify were instructed to design and program a robust live draw software system for FIFA’s under 17 World Cup Draw.

The Solution

Our developers enabled FIFA to electronically control the draw live from a single laptop. The software delivered live content and beyond HD video to the main screen and managed the draw live out of the pots. The software then produced the tables and fixtures and placed them into stadiums visually. The graphics were output directly to a TV outside broadcast truck and went live in over 27 countries.

The Results

The event worked flawlessly and put Amplify firmly on the map as one of the leading digital agencies in the region.

The Problem

Working alongside leading digital signage architects, 2.0 Concepts, and Appspace, a leading digital signage software provider, Amplify was tasked, with helping create content for BBK. The clients objective was to deliver Bahrain’s first fully automated smart bank using smart city digital technology.

The Solution

Amplify created a range of ambient content that rotated based on the time of day to help reflect the customers’ mood, behaviours and attitudes. We created full interactive Appspace cards based on the banks’ products and services in the new digital branch. To reduce the human interaction in the wake of COVID-19, we created and coded an automated loan calculator from scratch, which allowed the banking customer to enter specific information about their requirements and instantly get a quote for loan services.

The Results

Amplify’s digital transformation in terms of content, improved user experience in the new branch. It reduced the requirement for human interaction, making it a safer environment for BBK’s staff and customers. This also helped to reduce the banks’ overheads of employing people in the branch to manage day-to-day tasks and requirements.

The Problem

Working alongside leading digital signage architects, 2.0 Concepts, and Appspace, a leading digital signage software provider, Amplify was tasked, with helping create content for ANB Banking. The clients objective was to deliver Saudi Arabia’s first fully automated smart bank using smart city digital technology.

The Solution

Amplify created stunning visual content to be published onto ANB’s digital signage with smart city digital technology. The bank became fully self-serviced, improving customers user experiences. Customers can choose a list of services from the interactive 3D Wayfinder kiosk. The kiosk then blinks LED’s to show customers which ATM can provide them with the service they require. Partnering with Appspace 7 cloud software and a high resolution LED screen Amplify could deliver targeted content to the consumer, alongside relaxed ambient content. The screens display and push videos, animations and alerts from queuing systems or even fire drills.

The Results

The implementation of the smart city digital technology has enabled ANB to successfully reach their goal of becoming Saudi Arabia’s first fully automated smart bank. The self-service digital signage kiosks provide customers with instant access to information, allow personalisation, and save valuable time and organisational resources.

The Problem

Amplify were approached in collaboration with Mirum and 2.0 concepts to devise and implement internal communications content to help promote clients value propositions. They challenged Amplify to create 3D wayfinding solutions to help visitors navigate around urban environments.

The Solution

Amplify created visually appealing interactive screensavers for the client’s digital signage screens to showcase the client’s value propositions to improve internal communications. Using the Appspace platform, Amplify created an interactive 3D Wayfinding solutions, we even incorporated the weather and time feeds. The Wayfinder allows users to find out directions to meeting rooms and learn information through videos and games. To maximise the internal communications value, Amplify included features that provide Axis with the opportunity to update the side widgets, allowing the company to advertise company announcements, news and updates. Interactive room schedulers were installed that encourage staff to book meeting rooms from a web calendar or on a tablet mounted outside the room.

The Results

The installation of the interactive screensavers greatly improved internal communications as it meant that employees were learning about important company news from a reliable source. Being in control of messages allows Axis to squash any unwanted rumours or uncertainty. By partnering with Appspace, Amplify was able to offer Axis a fast, interactive, and reliable channel to reach all employees, boosting transparency and trust. Creating high-quality internal communications content increased the chance that employees will read the material, boosting engagement.

The Problem

We have recently been working with new retail brand POP! Part of the Brands International chain they approached us to install a fully interactive LED floor into several of their new stores across the Middle East.

The Solution

The floor features an interactive underwater sea life theme to suit the brands’ beach clothing and accessories. As the consumer walks across the floor the water ripples and the various fish, sharks and sealife interact with movement.

The Results

The floors have been hugely popular with people travelling from afar to see the floor. The interactive floor has had over 250,000 people engage with it and many social media shares!

The Problem

The UAE Rugby Federation were continually facing difficulties in the set up and management of leagues and fixture in the region, with the majority of it taking place either via WhatsApp or pen and paper. This wasn’t practical or reliable. They therefore approached Amplify to help solve this issue and create a web portal which would support in the league and club management across the region at both junior and senior rugby in the region, for both male and female sides of the game.

The Solution

Amplify worked closely and directly with the UAERF to understand the main pain points in the current system and the core functionalities required form the new system, which would in turn link directly into a player specific app (also designed and built by Amplify), to create a full functional web portal for the complete management of clubs and league in the official UAERF system.

The Results

A user friendly, optimised web portal that links directly in with specific mobile apps, making the management of the UAERF official league, competitors and clubs a much more seamless experience. Further discussions with other world Rugby federations as well as other sports are currently in discussion.
